" We chose Venus through a recommendation from a friend and are delighted with our new bathroom. Everyone in their organisation was professional and helpful, from the first visit to the showroom to pick and choose tiles and fittings to the final end product. It was very helpful to see an online mock-up of what our final bathroom would look like with our chosen products in place. The whole job took two weeks as predicted and each stage was project managed by a senior team member. Each specialist arrived in sequence and on time starting with the initial dismantling of our old bathroom followed by plasterer, tiler, painter and plumber. When unexpected snags appeared these were discussed with us and helpful solutions proposed and carried out. It was a relief to be in such capable hands and to know we had fortunately chosen a company that really did put the customer's needs first.
